Beach Gel Nails Inspired - Flamingos and Palmtrees

How have all of you been?

I've been playing around with gel nails for a few months now and here's my very first gel nails post!!!

On my thumb and middle finger, I've painted a glitter gel polish. 

On my index and pinky, I've painted an inspired palmtree design with nude gel polish and green and brown gel polish for the trees. 

On my ring finger, I've painted miniature flamingos and some grass patches with white gel polish as background. 

I've been updating more often on my blog on beauty, lifestyle and food.

Tree branch and glitter

Hi guys, I'm back after the long hiatus!

----

Here are my new tree branch and glitter inspired nail art.

It was supposed to be zebra patterns, but I guess after painting it for a bit, it turned out to look pretty more like tree branches. So I added glitter aftermath. 

Polishes used:

Elianto Coral Light, China Glaze Grape Pop, Klean color Starry Purple and Fuschia Glitter.

Don't they look delightful? :)

Merry Belated Christmas!

Hey guys Merry Belated Christmas.

This was my Christmas Nails weeks ago. Really sorry i've been too busy having too much stuff catching up on me that I have barely enough time for myself. 

P.s. Happy New Year guys!!! I expect this year to be a great one.

I wanna thank like everyone for supporting my nail blog so far ever since i started it up.

And I love you guys so very much! I will try to do up videos and more tutorials for all of you guys.

Its a new year and Nailstonic would be better in 2012!!! 

Anyway,

This design was inspired from Justin Bieber's Mistletoe Video!
It just struck me that I wanted to do something like that...

So on the thumb its a mistletoe.
Index finger is a candy cane
Middle finger is a christmas tree!! Which i really love !!
Ring finger is Santa of course.
And lastly i couldn't think what to put on my tiny finger so i left it blank...

Hello Kitty Inspired Nail

Today i painted a Hello Kitty french Tip design on my nails.
First i painted white french tips using Sally Hansen's Sheer Romance 1 Natural white.
Then i drew the Hello Kitty's face on the ring finger.
After that i added a line of glitter on the white french tips to make it look more elegant.
I also did a video tutorial about it and i'll upload it soon after i'm finished editing.

Pink gradient nails with 3D acrylic ribbon

Hello everyone!

I did this set of pink gradient glitter nails for a friend of mine some time back.

It is really simple to do gradient nails and i painted the acrylic ribbon for her as well on her thumbs.

Pink candilicious nail art.

Today i made this pink candilicious nail arts consisting of stripes, polka dots, glitter pieces and blings!
I find it really attractive especially to pink lovers.
I used around 4 tones of pink polish and 1 white polish from Faceshop and Elianto.
I used a brush and dotting tool to do the stripes and polka dots.
The middle finger's big pieces of glitter are from a nail polish from Faceshop which seems to be really beautiful. It looks like those chocolate bits except its silver in color :)

What do you think about this theme?

Chinaglaze Something sweet with OPI Teenage Dream

Yesterday i painted Chinaglaze's Something sweet. Here
Today i placed a coat of OPI's teenage dream on top of it.
I was thinking, its extremely pinky and kinky and shiny.
I find it reminding of me of fairy princesses which i used to play when i was young !
No matter what, i love this color :)

White laced frenchtip nails

Did this set of bridal nails today!
It was an inspiration from Cutepolish on youtube.
I used scotchtape to tape it to paint the white diagonal french tip and you can use a toothpick/brush to draw the lace. You can check out her youtube channel.
Lastly, just add glitter. I find it really easy to do and really beautiful and classy !

Tiger prints

This manicure was inspired by tiger prints!
I've always seen zebra stripes manicure online pretty much and decided to use tiger as an inspiration for nail art! And i love the ending result!
Golden gradient manicure + stripes = Tiger manicure.

I guess my stripes could have been better, but overall i really love it!!!
The best part is that it glitters and sparkles under the sun as well.

I hope you guys love it as much as i did :)
Oh to make the stripes, you can easily use toothpicks :)

Golden Gradient Nails

I did golden gradient nails today.
So i'll teach you how to get gradient nails.

Things that you will need are : basecoat, golden polish, golden glitter polish, top coat

1. Apply basecoat
2. Apply golden polish to half ur nail
3. Apply glitter polish to 3/4 of ur nail.
4. Apply top coat.

Its actually very simple to get gradient nails!

I'll show you tomorrow how to get nicer designs after having your gradient nails.

Franken #1: Starry Blue Night

Hello guys!
This is my very first Franken!
If you do not know whats a Franken, basically its a mixture of polishes and you create your own colours.
I mixed many colors to get this tone and in the picture it is 2 coats of it.
I named it Starry Blue Night, cause it seems alot like a dark sky with stars.
Personally i really love the colour blue, so this seems to be a perfect colour for me!

This are the colours i used to mix with:
- Black
- Transparent
- Dark Blue
- Striking Blue
- Lots and lots of glitter

Just mix and try and you too, can get your very own franken!

PINK POLISHES

The polishes i used were Elianto Hot pink (19) and Etude House PK021!
I love the pink polish from Elianto and i love Elianto's brush. Elianto's nail polishes are really easy to apply and they flow on your nails. I love Elianto nail polishes cause i'll never get patches.
The pink glitter is Etude House PK021. I love its pink tint as well!
